As your network agents in the home, Tilgin gateways are centrally activated and auto-configured from any TR-069 ACS. Tilgin gateways support ultra-granular control of services, service upgrade management, diagnostics and troubleshooting from your auto-configuration server (ACS).

Fixed and wireless connectivity are integrated into the products along with VoIP that actually supports better than toll-quality voice. And robust QoS, critical to triple play delivery, is independent of service type. Tilgin’s QoS implementation includes HGI guidelines for home network traffic. That means that you can offer your subscribers QoS advantages keyed to the traffic on their specific home network.

Vood 300 Series IP Residential Gateways with integral SIP ATA with T38 Fax and IPTV support

Designed to connect to an Ethernet (UTP) uplink, the Vood 300 series products meet the challenges of providing carrier-grade VoIP, IPTV and secure Internet service when broadband connectivity is separately provided, such as when using the Alloptic GePON to provide FTTC (Fiber To The Curb) connectivity. All provisioning and management on the Vood 300 can be performed via the centralized Vood Centre Manager, or locally on the unit itself via a Web based configuration system

Vood 400 Series IP Residential gateways with Wireless, DSL, SIP and T38 Fax and IPTV Support

The Vood 400 Series IP residential gateways combines all the features of the Vood 300 series gateways and adds an internal Wi-Fi accesspoint and a DSL modem to the package. The internal Wi-Fi accesspoint supports 802.11 b/g/b+/g+ up to 108Mbps for fast connectivity between PC’s and the gateway

Vood Centre Manager Software

A comprehensive suite of centralized management applications that enable service provider’s to easily and effectively control their Vood CPE and related services. Its focus is on providing secure and effective remote provisioning and management for the entire Vood product line. It is the tool that enables service provider’s to move their network edge to the customer premises – thereby integrating CPE as full-fledged elements of their network.

Auto-provisioning and configuration management

Over the lifetime of a service, Vood residential gateways will need to be provisioned, service functionality will be activated or deactivated, and new software upgrades downloaded. VCM is the tool that manages these and other critical needs, flexibly and according to the provider’s business processes. It supports, which allows for provisioning and management of those 3rd party CPE that support this evolving standard. VCM also efficiently interacts with existing support systems to effectively integrate with OSS components for CRM, billing and network management.

The outcome is a total management solution that increases subscriber satisfaction and drives new service revenues, while also significantly reducing operational costs and provisioning hassles.
